Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 1079) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 56                                                                                                           
    "An Act exempting controlled substances prescribed or dispensed                                                             
    by a veterinarian to treat an animal from the requirements of the                                                           
    controlled substance prescription database."                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
and                                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 56(L&C)                                                                                        
    "An Act relating to the certification of veterinarians; exempting                                                           
    veterinarians from the requirements of the controlled substance                                                             
    prescription database; and providing for an effective date."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Saddler moved that the House concur in the Senate
